Mindfulness for students. We provide mindfulness through relaxation methods and meditation. We provide mindfulness to Schools, Colleges, Universities and any other place of study.

- Each session is 30 minutes per group or assembly
- Multiple groups per day are available
- Any day and time of the week including the lunch period
- Sessions are once per week per group
- Located at your place of study for your convenience
- Students and staff members can join in
