One to one 10 session course

This course is designed to help you deal with any problems you may face. Together we will explore all issues affecting you, and help provide solutions and guidance. Setting goals to achieve this, and be by your side from start to finish. We aim to reduce your stress and help overcome your problems, to become balanced again.

This course includes:

  • Mood cycles - how to change from negative to positive moods
  • Past, present and future - looking into all issues and how to help resolve them
  • Thinking styles - identifying your thinking patterns to remove negative thoughts
  • Breathing exercises - how to maintain breathing to reduce panic attacks
